🤚 raised back of hand Skin Tones — All 5 Variants
The raised back of hand is the mirror view of the raised palm — the same gesture seen from the other side. It is one of the rarer hand emoji, but it keeps the full set of five skin-tone modifiers, and the back of a hand is where a skin tone is most visible in any rendering.

Usage and context
It appears when someone wants the stop or high-five gesture from the back view, when pairing with the palm version for a two-hands-up moment, or when the sender simply prefers how the back of their hand looks with their tone. The default yellow reads as a generic sign; a modifier turns it into your hand.
Renderings differ noticeably across platforms — on some it looks almost identical to the palm version. When the direction of the hand matters, add a word or two.
