Emoji names and core data come from Unicode® and CLDR under their free licenses — use is governed by their original license terms.

API

The free API has fair-usage limits documented on the developers page (1,000 requests/day for the free tier). Abuse leads to blocked access without notice.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
