🤌 pinched fingers Skin Tones — All 5 Variants
Pinched fingers is the Italian hand: “che vuoi?” — what do you want? — asked with a cluster of fingertips. It doubles online as the chef's kiss, perfection described with one gesture. It is one of the newer hand emoji, and all five skin-tone modifiers are supported.

Usage and context
It answers absurd questions, rates meals as perfect and reacts to things that are just “*chef's kiss*”. A modified version makes it your hand doing the Italian gesture; the yellow default is the generic one. It pairs with food emoji for taste verdicts and with star eyes for admiration.
The real gesture needs motion — the hand shakes as it asks — and a static emoji loses that. The meaning also splits by context: impatience in one thread, praise in another, so a word or two usually decides it.
