🤟 love-you gesture Skin Tones — All 5 Variants
The love-you gesture is “I love you” in American Sign Language: the letters I, L and Y formed by one raised hand. It spread far beyond sign language into concerts, music fandom and casual sign-offs, and because the whole message is in the hand, the five skin-tone modifiers are fully supported.

Usage and context
It closes messages to close friends and family, waves from concert crowds and answers fan posts. A modified version makes the I-love-you yours, the natural choice between people who know each other; the yellow default reads as a general sign of affection. It often appears with hearts and music emoji.
Frequently confused with the horns emoji — the difference is the thumb: the love-you gesture extends the thumb, the horns fold it over. If you mean the rock sign, pick the other one.
